Target Warehouse Worker interview questions

From my experience there was no interview just had to fill out some forms once accepted. Everything is smooth sailing pass background check and drug screening and you are set. Not much more too it

There was no traditional interview, I received an email from an hr member asking me to come in for a tour and to discuss a potential job opportunity after touring the facility we were individually offered positions and drug tests on the spot. Started the same week. They’ll have a specific position and shift for each person they will try to accommodate you as far as which shift is available.
