I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Walnut Creek, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Super easy interview. I sat and waited in the in-store Starbucks for a few minutes until a guy came up, sat down, looked through a few papers, then literally only asked me one question. After I answered, he asked if I could start the next week. We then went over pay and benefits and he offered me a drink from Starbucks.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Was a mass interview event over 2 days. Had already set up a interview time a week ahead. Got there and was directed to a table with two people. One asking questions and one writing down notes and hiding like I was trying to cheat off of him on a test
