Target Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Wonderful super outgoing and great questions. Felt I was able to get to know the person and they seemed to be engaged in conversation well. very thorough in answering my questions and provided honest feedback of status in store.

I did an online, asynchronous interview. There were five questions, three of which were behavioral questions. They were relatively difficult to answer without a lot of prior work experience to draw on, but it wasn't impossible to get around. They sent me a link to the HireVue site which does their interviews and then I had two days to record and upload the video. They got back to me about two weeks later saying that they were interested in hiring me, but didn't have any positions open at the time that aligned with my preferences.
