Target interview questions

Easy interview, fill out some questions about your experience and talk about why you want to work there, and then answer hypotheticals about teamwork, customer service, and management. My interview was in person but I know they do some online.

It was very simple. I submitted my application online, and then about 4 hours later received an invitation to do a video interview. After I completed this, it did take about a week or two (and me having to call my local HR a couple times), to finally hear back. When I was hired, they were hiring tons of seasonal so I was offered the job over the phone by the HR Representative.
