Very easy and it’s by video, everyone was very friendly and impressed with my skills. Onboarding process was also easy. If I could apply again I will amazing company hands down the best
Easy interview, fill out some questions about your experience and talk about why you want to work there, and then answer hypotheticals about teamwork, customer service, and management. My interview was in person but I know they do some online.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was very simple. I submitted my application online, and then about 4 hours later received an invitation to do a video interview. After I completed this, it did take about a week or two (and me having to call my local HR a couple times), to finally hear back. When I was hired, they were hiring tons of seasonal so I was offered the job over the phone by the HR Representative.
