Worked as a cashier at Target. Fast-paced environment with steady shifts and clear expectations. Training was straightforward, and most team members were helpful. The hardest part was handling long lines and occasional difficult customers while keeping speed and accuracy. Management support varied by shift, but overall it was a decent job with flexible scheduling and a solid employee discount.

They ask you to do an interview online with a Bot. You are recorded answering each interview question. At the end you send it in and hopefully hear back from them. It was a new and interesting process.
