Video interviews are the main key. If you don't pass the video interview, you'll more than likely be told that they'll choose another candidate. They also tend to hire people faster who have open availability.

Normal interviews. One step after applying. I think the most important thing is to dress well and be thoughtful in the interview. Then they get back to you in a few weeks at most.
