Easy interview a few questions. Very kind interviewer. A few questions about how you would handle situations. Past work experience with other retailers. They also asked questions about your availability and flexibility.
One phone round with recruiter and one behavioral interview. Behavioral round asked situationals and your customer service experience. They gave you example questions to prep for, so as long as you’re ready to answer all, it should be fine.
