Interview
Target had a table at my university career fair. After stopping by the table and chatting with one of the District Team Leaders, I landed an on-campus interview with a recruiter the next day. Then another more formal interview about a week later. I then received a call with an offer I couldn't refuse and an address to go to immediately after class to take a drug test. I accepted the offer and then had to fill out an application, skills/logic test, etc. This was about 3 months before the summer internship began.

Interview
It was a very organized interview process. You will be asked to talk a little bit about yourself. The interviewers are usually Store Team Leaders. And then your final interview will be with a District Team leader. So you will have three different interviews. Make sure to prepare to answer a lot of Behavior Based questions like "tell me about a time you did...." have an exact situation, behavior, and outcome. The DTL normally doesn't have a guide for interview questions, so he or she can ask you spontaneous questions.
