I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Daly City, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied online and they called me the next day. The first interview was with a supervisor who was not very friendly and gave no signs as to whether or not he liked you. Despite this, I was asked to return for a second interview the next day. The second interview was with a very friendly man, who no longer works there, but it was a much more pleasant experience than the first one. I was offered the job right after the second interview.
