I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call. It was the typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? What are your strengths and weaknesses? A week later I was scheduled to have an in person interview. They asked a lot of situational questions like : Name a time where yo had to put someone's needs before your own? What would you do on the occasion if a customer acted rude and got out of hand? It was a pretty easy interview overall.

Question 1
"You're ringing up a customer and an item rings up at $19.99 but the customer swears the price was $15.99, what would you do?"
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
