Interview
First interview is your typical interview, they ask you questions about previous work history, why do you want to work at Target and a lot of "situation" questions (one on the phone, one in person). Then they have you come back in for a short multiple choice question test. The last step is signing a contract saying you'll follow the rules and show up to work sober.

It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
