I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2020
Interview
4 behavior interview questions about customer service, teamwork, sales, and being proactive. One on one with a ETL. He confirmed my understanding if the job description, but it was nothing like what it read. He told me that I would be cleaning the bathroom and bringing carts in. Not sure if that was to test me, but I didn't flinch. I was supposed to be interviewed by a second person but she was busy and said she would call me the next day. She didn't call until a week later. By that time, I had interviewed with another store and accepted their offer.
Super easy it consists of a couple of questions and you record yourself answering them. So I would say it was pretty easy I would recommend it. I would also say that they tend to respond very quick to applications but I guess it depends when they are short staff

Interview
The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.
