Interview
A screening of multiple choice questions where it asked your opinion on a few things. Then a video interview, with about 5 questions. You were able to rerecord yourself about three times if needed, and some time was given before the recording started.

Interview
Applied online on a Sunday morning. Later that day received an email invite to complete a pre-recorded video interview. I was asked 6 questions, had up to 3 minutes to answer each, and could re-record an answer up to 3 times each, too. About 1-2 weeks later, I received a phone call from HR with a job offer.

Question 1
Questions included things like "why do you want to work here, how do you handle diverse opinions/perspectives, how did you approach a difficult problem and what was the result, etc".
They did NOT ask things like "what's your greatest weakness" or "why did you leave your last employer". Nor stupid questions like "you see a coworker stealing money from the register, what do you do". I've had to answer questions like this on interviews for OTHER employers, but this 6-question self-recorded video interview didn't ask anything like that.

Interview
Pretty simple, your availability is most important everything else is just common sense, interviewer was friendly and clear with what comes next and the retail environment in general. Not too bad.
