Target Fulffilment Associate interview questions

Applied and got a call for an interview in about a week or so. The woman on the phone let me know it was only a seasonal position which was fine with me.On the day of the interview, I got there about 30 minutes earlier than everybody else. Waited in a room in the back for someone to take me into the interview for about 5 minutes maybe. Interviewed with a manager who was just passing through and was going to another store in the coming weeks. The interview with her went very well. After that, I met with another manager and she further gave me details about the job and store and asked about my experiences. She then took my out on the sales floor and wanted to test my sales skills. After that we went back to the back office where I waited for a few minutes. The manager I had interviewed me offered me the Hard Lines Team Member position.

Hiring and interview process was completed on the same day. I was called in for the interview and spoke with a lead, store manager and Human Resources. I was hired on the spot and given the information for orientation.
