Interview
Applied online via their site. Received a phonecall where I was asked if I would like an interview and was given an initial phone interview on the spot. The questions were run of the mill-- stuff like "when was a time you made a mistake and how did you rectify it", etc. They also asked about my good qualities were as well as my flaws.
I was asked to schedule a second interview in person during that same week. Went in, sat down with a GSTL and was given the second interview, where I was asked questions similar to that of the one I'll list in Unexpected Question below. It was a breeze as the GSTL was very friendly and she gave me the papers to get a drug test and a date for Orientation.

Many scanario based questions but a relatively easy job to get if you sounds enthusiastic and interested to work in the company. Also make sure you give them the impression that you are going to stay with them for a while even though you probably won't.
