I went in for the interview and it was a cake walk. She was very friendly and asked questions about my personal life and how it would relate to the job. I was offered the job when the interview was finished, and a week later I was offered a different job and decided to part ways with Target. Friendly people and will hire anyone!

The process was pretty standard for a basic cashier job. I actually interviewed with two members of the team, and after the second interview the ETL said that he felt that I was too qualified for the cashier position so he was going to talk to HR and see what he could do for me. So I am currently in the interview process for TL.
