Interview
I had only 1 interview with 1 person. You apply within the store on a applying station. For the interview, they asked why you want to work at Target, what you like about them, if you had ever helped a group project (I guess to determine if you can work as a team), and that's all I can remember (it was 4 years ago). Interview process wasn't so bad but I was only applying as a cashier and they mostly care if you'll look nice/presentable so dress nice when you go interview (I wore a nice shirt and jeans and short heels) and got the job. Making a nice joke will help you too.

Question 1
The question over if I had ever done something in a group that helped or was used stumped me a bit because I was in high school and hadn't really had done any group projects (this changed in college) so either make up something or try to do some group stuff but this one was the hardest for me.
