Interview
I applied at Target.com and had to take a pre-employment test with my application. The HR person contacted me via phone and set up a phone interview with the a team lead(mine was with the department I was interested in) A couple of hours later, I was contacted by HR again to come in for a second interview at Target. I went in, watched some videos on Target and had my second interview with the ETL-HR. I was given a conditional job offer pending my drug test and background check once I passed. I week later, I was called by the HR manager and was given a date to come into orientation. I came in for a 4 hour orientation, and after the orientation was given my assigned department and what day I was going to begin on site training.
