Give me an example of a time when you set a goal and were able to meet or achieve it.
All you need to do is be able to do explain all experience you have. This allows the hiring manager probably place you in the most appropriate location in the store. Other than that the drug test is very important to pass and dress probably for all in store interviews.

Interview
Applied online, had to fill out a brief form supplying work background etc, basically an online resume. I received a call about a month later and was asked to attend an interview. when I arrived, I signed in and sat around waiting for about a half hour. I then when into two separate interviews, the first of which I bombed but then i must've redeemed myself in the second as I was asked to complete a third interview with the store manager. Lots of situational type questions, explain a situation where you've taken on a leadership role etc., they follow a script so every single target employee interviewed will be getting asked the same questions.
