They called me to schedule a phone interview. The person asked basic questions like give me an example when you worked as a team. I think i didn't do so well, but they called me back for another interview and this time at the store along with ten other people. Some of the questions were If a customer asked for a certain shoe and the size, But there is no more of that size they wanted what would you do? What would your supervisors say about you? why do you want to work at target? why should we hire you?
