Interview
They called me on a to set up a time for a phone interview. They just asked me basic interview questions i.e (Why target ?, what relevant experience do you bring to the job ...) . The whole process took about 10 mins or less. The lady asked me about 5 or so questions. At the end of the call she set up another interview with to be done in person later that week. I showed up for the interview 20 mins early. The was another lady who was scheduled before me so she went ahead of me. They explained that they were running a little behind since it was a Friday and they had all sorts of meetings taking place that day. All in all i probably waited about 30 mins before they took me to the back into a little interview room. I sat and watched a little 5 minute video on Target. When the video ended the girl interviewing me came. The interview was very easy. She asked me about 7 questions from a booklet. After the interview she told me to wait and somebody else would be with me. Another lady came and got me and we went into her office. That's when they made me an offer. Overall very good experience and very easy interview as long as you take some time to prepare. This site was very helpful.

Interview
Went through the entire process just to be told my schedule (which they already knew my availability from day 1) didn't work. I was also kept waiting for almost 30 minutes and then told that they had to change who was doing the interview. Very disappointed with this experience.

Interview
I was interviewed by the team leader of the Target store. He asked about my strengths and weaknesses, a time that I exceeded expectations, a time when I had to work in a group, and some situational questions. I was then interviewed by another employee of Target, but I am unsure of her job position. The second interviewer repeated some of the questions that the team leader asked me and then asked some new questions. I was then greeted by the store manager. The store manager told me what was required of me for the job description. I then met with the HR lady who told me that I have a conditional job offer that is only valid if I pass a drug test that I have 24 hours to complete. I received a call about 1 1/2 weeks later about my orientation.
