It was really easy. I talked to the GSTL and then one ETL member both brief, short interviews. Then they showed me this video about the environment at target. I was then told to go see the HR lady because they offered me a job, I accepted and then was informed of the training process.

I applied at midnight, 10 hours later I got a call back. The interview process was fairly easy; the GSTL asked me a few questions then the LOD talked to me. I got a job offer on the spot. They do drug screening and you must do the drug screening within 24 hours or you don't get offered the position.
