I applied online, I later recived a call to set up an appointment for an interview. During my in person interview I was asked 3 questions with the first manager and since they liked I interviewed with a second manager on the same day. If you get a job offer there will be a background check . Once you pass the background check, you are invited to your first orientation along with the date and time of the orientation.
