I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Croton-on-Hudson, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
Interviewed online which was fairly an easy process. After that a 3 day orientation was given followed by 5 weeks of training and one week of nesting before going into production i.e. on the floor. As previously mentioned, the overall process was not difficult at all. I recommend applying and see what happens to anyone seeking employment in tech support.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do I have experience in customer support, and can I multitask. Was also asked to do a drug test, and KSA assessment to determine if I were a good fit for the position.
i got a call first, then after 2 weeks they wrote me to arrange a skype interview that we had few days later. an online test was required. and again a skype call from the HR department.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied online but I haven't heard back from them, then I walk by the new office to drop my resume, I made the interview right a way, and then I did technical test, the recruiter wasn't professional, recruiter asks the basic quest which you will find it in any webpages, not related to what you are going to do, after that you will do typing test easy one.
If they accept you, they will going to ask you to come for group meeting which is the easiest meeting you will ever see. one questing very simple.
