Interview
The interview process started when I arrived at the reception, where a strict guard asked for my ID and gave me a temporary ID badge. Then, I went to the recruitment area for my interview. I had a one-on-one initial interview with an HR followed by a final interview.
After passing the final interview, I took a language assessment test. Once I passed the test, I met Mr. Matt Dwight, who was very accommodating and kind. He explained that the next step was to wait for a call regarding my account placement, which would determine if I was hired or not.
And I believe that if everyone in the recruitment team maintains a friendly attitude, especially toward shy or nervous applicants, it would make the experience even better and help candidates feel more confident throughout the process.

The interview process was overall very relaxed and conversational, which created a comfortable environment to communicate naturally. The interviewer was very approachable and clear, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
