first step was phone call with HR,next they send a test with quite easy logical requests second step interview in person with HR,final interview with supervisor of the call center overal process was efficient and quick,typical i terview questions

Interview
You have to dedicate maybe 30 min to 1 hour to do the tests they ask for as a standard. If you pass that, you will have an "interview" with someone that probably didn't even see your CV, but it is easy entrance.
The interview process for the support position was overall straightforward and well-structured. The questions focused on basic troubleshooting, customer communication, and real scenarios. The recruiters were polite, and the conversation felt clear and organized.

They have 3 rounds.
1 is HR round
2 is a test
3 is detailed interview
Hr round is all about background, they ask about you, your past work experince and then if we pass we have to give a test in 2nd round.
