Proceso demorado, un mes en total entre primera entrevista telefónica, test de nivelación de inglés, y entrevista por videollamada. Al final nos dijeron que iban a avisar por correo quienes obtuvieron el trabajo y quienes no. El correo nunca me llegó. Esto pasó en más de una ocasión.

Good interview nice experience. Versant and accent with operations round. Manager is good and hr is also good. Provided good guidance. Fast process completed in less than half day. Having good experience
Interview was easy 2-3 easy question but they completely misrepresented the job. They do not tell you up front you have to take and pass a personal lines licensing test and if you fail you are terminated.

They asked how many years customer service experience I have. They claim the job is just customer service however you have to pass a personal lines licensing exam that is very difficult to pass and they are not transparent to tell you if you fail the test you are terminated.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It started with an HR screening discussing my background, work experience, and availability. The interviewer also assessed my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service mindset through situational questions. The process was completed within a few stages and feedback was provided in a reasonable timeframe.
