Interview
I have NEVER EVER! In my life have been interviewed with a person so judgemental and with no Heart!. The interview was so lost, it didnt have a meaning and wasted my time. I passed the typing test and all other test given, but once I got the face to face interview it all went racist. The whole purpose of me getting that far to a face to face interview was because they saw my resume and expirienced and called me for it, if they didnt like what they saw why even bother me. I got judge on being a homemaker and going to school and not having enough work on my background. I will not allow so many negative things said to me get in the way of my success. I am young have a whole future ahead of me. I speak 2 languages and have big oppurtunities in becoming a customer rep in 2 languages and I will not allow that old lady put me on such a low level like she did, im sure she did not want me to suceed more than she ever can, all I did was respect her. I will never again apply for Teleperformance.
