Interview
I felt the manager actually knew what he was talking about. Nice and seemed to care about the store. Seemed like a team worker and someone i'd enjoy working for.

Interview
First I was contacted by the recruiter for this unit. I had submitted a cover letter with my resume into Taleo which I think made a big difference in getting selected. She gave me the screening interview over the phone, going over how my experience matched up with the job. She was very eager to get me scheduled and forwarded information on T-Mobile's benefit package. About a week later I had a phone interview with the Group Manager. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She seemed very excited how my technical background and sales training experience fit with the group. About two weeks later I had a panel interview with the Group manager and her three leads. Good discussion. Honestly, I thought I had it. Unfortunately someone came in stronger than I did and I didn't get the job. I was very impressed with how personable the people at T-Mobile were.

Question 1
You have systems training that you need to deliver, there are a number of different audiences, the timeframe is short, and the software is changing. How are you going to develop training?

Thought the questions were fair it appeared they were just doing a round robbin approach to testing; in the door to the workstation for the testing to the counter for the test results and out the door. It seems in this market they can get the best for little money. It did not seem fair to those being told their test results; it was not discreet at all.
