I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
Two Interviews one with the Manager and one with the Dm. Each took about 30-45 minutes. After the interview process and the assessment test they have a screening which is very very thorough so make sure you have all the correct information otherwise you will not pass the background test. Your employment history must be exact dates or else they will assume you are not telling the truth as well with your past salary. The process is lengthy for a entry position but T-mobile is a great company to work for with great benefits and opportunity to advance and make it a career
It went pretty simple met with two managers and had to answer a couple questions about past sales experiences and after that it wasn’t that bad. But I didn’t end up feeling that good after the interview but I got the job.
They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
