Interview
There were 2 rounds of AC, both were long. First round I had 2 interviews and 3 written test. The interviews were not that hard. Just make sure you think about the context of the case (the client). Second round interview was composed of 2 interviews, 1 presentation and 1 group discussion. Again the questions were not hard, but the presentation preparation time was short and the material provided was a 20page long document. Time management is important. I got rejected because I didn't answer the competency based questions well.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
