Interview
After the CV screening, I was invited to a assessment day at Milan office. It consisted in 3 tests. In the first one there were GMAT-like questions. The difficulty of the questions was pretty high. 30 question in 40 minutes. Then there was a written mini case with pretty though financial-based questions. It was not a case that even a philosophy bachelor can do (as many business case books say). 10 questions in 30 minutes. Finally, there was a mini essay to write in 30 minutes about your motivation. Overall, it was more difficult than expected. The level is much higher than traditional SHL tests.

Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
