Strategy& Associate interview questions

Initial psychometric test. First round of two interviews with senior managers: standard questions, followed by a rather technical case. Final interview round with another senior manager and a partner, much larger focus on general fit and personality.

The first step was the CV screening. Afetr that, I received an invitation for an assessment test at their Milan office. It was structured in three parts: 1. GMAT - like questions (mostly quantitative): 20 in 40 minutes. 2. Mini business case: 10 financial-based questions in 20 minutes. 3. Mini essay to write in English in 30 minutes. I found it more difficult than expected but it was a good experience overall.
