Strategy& Associate interview questions

1st round: 2 interviews with senior associates, standard case & fit part 2nd round: 2 interviews with senior associates, standard case & fit part 3rd round: analytical assessment + 4 interviews with principals & partners; standard case + fit part with principals, very small case with one partner (only 3 min brainstorming) and no case with other partner (especially 2nd partner interview was more like open conversation)

The first round consists of 3 interviews with people that work for 2-5 years at the firm. The last round consists of 3 interviews with partners and directors. All interviews have a personal experience part and a case part. Although in the second round this feels less rigid than in the first round.
