I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Starbucks (Santa Monica, CA) in Aug 2008
Interview
The initial interview to be hired was quite a breeze for me. I was called within 2 days of submitting the applications. When I went in for an interview, my manager asked me 3 Questions: "What do you like to do for fun?" "Tell me about a time you were late for work." and "When can you start?" She said she already knew she was going to hire me based on my enthusiasm over the phone. I know it wasn't that easy for most other people though.

Straightforward and easy process, received interview offer after 1 week from submitting application. Asked approximately 5 questions related to prior job experience, leadership philosophies, and team-building examples. Heard back after 2 weeks for job offer.
