Standard Chartered Bank Management Trainee interview questions

Took 3 months end to end to complete the process which was the disturbing factor. I applied online in January and then had my online test IQ, Mathematical and Comprehension. The result came in like two weeks. After one month I was invited for an on phone interview. Finally we were called for the final panel interview after 2 months which was way too long

1. Strength Test (Rank 1 to 5 based on situation given) - Straightforward 2. Numbers and Pattern Test (Tough IQ test) - prepare through the practice test (helpful) 3. Video interview (currently at this stage) - 1 to 1 with the computer
