Standard Chartered Bank interview questions

I had a one to one interview for forty minutes. The interviewer was busy, so I waited for fifteen minutes in one of their rooms. They asked a lot of fit questions, i.e. 1. Describe a situation in which you had a team member that was uncooperative. 2. Tell me about your greatest achievement in the last 12 months. 3. What did you do when you encountered a problem? Describe the problem and tell me how you resolved it.
