Interview
The staff proceeds the recruitment process quite fast. I was asked to register basic personal information, then moved on to do 3 test: numerical test, logical test and abstract test. After passing the three tests, I was asked to submit my cv. They called within 24 hours and offered a phone interview with HR. Having passed the phone interview, I progressed to the e-tray and had an interview with TB manager in Hanoi.

Interview
I applied for this position based in Singapore but the HR referred me to Shanghai as she told me that SC would not apply for EP for employees in Singapore. Three rounds of online tests followed by three rounds of interviews. 1, online tests; 2, telephone interview (around 1 hour); 3, HR interview, half Chinese/ Half English (half an hour); 4, A korean manager interview in English (half an hour).
