The interviewers were well-prepared and created a comfortable environment that allowed for open, two-way conversation. They asked thoughtful questions that gave me the chance to highlight my strengths, and they took the time to explain the role and team culture clearly. What stood out most was how respectful and genuinely interested they were in my background and aspirations. I left the interview feeling heard, valued, and excited about the opportunity.
