Standard Bank Group interview questions

I Applied online Did psychometric Test Two weeks later I had a telephonic Interview. Other students from different varsities were interviewed by three people consecutively, face to face. I was then offered an internship at the headquarters in JHB. We were accommodated in their training facility. We rotated in 3 departments (one per week) and presented at the end of each rotation. I submitted 3 week feedback email and chose a department I would like to apply to (officially) thereafter.

I was interviewed by my future manager and two colleagues, most of the conversation took place between my manager and myself. I did not prepare for the interview and just talked about my past experience, which was appreciated by the manager. There was the standard interview questions, but mostly we discussed how I would handle certain scenarios in the work environment.
