The first process involved an odyssey assessment, followed by a video interview if you pass the video interview you will need to do an interview with managers if you pass the interview you do another assessment followed by an assessment center. You submit via their portal. Then if successful then you will receive the psychometric assessment. From there you get invited to an interview. Only one interview and then the offer stage. The process is way quicker than the graduate programme.
