Standard Bank Group interview questions

Primary focus was behavioral questions on how one would handle the given situation. You also have to provide a background about yourself. The interview was relatively short but was comfortable overall.

Interview process was fair. Mainly questions on managing customers, how do you manage customer expectations and ensure a good experience customer complaint handling focusing on conflict resolution management and communication skills. How do you handle a customer when you have no solution to their problem?
