Friendly but had to chase for weeks to get a (negative) response, which is a very disrespectful thing to put a candidate through that went through a lot of effort
took two weeks to get to the final round of the interview applied online and heard back from a recruiter interview consisted of a phone screen and a coding assessment
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Slack (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
After multiple rounds of interviews, I was told they would make a decision. These rounds included the hiring manager, multiple interviews with team members, and an hour-long presentation. While waiting for a decision, I received a call from the recruiter who asked to meet with a senior leader. The senior leader didn't show up for the call. In the latter half of the interview process, a leader I met with regurgitated a plan I presented during my presentation as if his team had come up with the plan (even though the language he used was directly lifted from my presentation).
