It was a multi-stage process. I first did a phone chat with a screener/recruiter. I then was given a take home test. After I passed the test portion I did a video chat with the head of the research team. After passing that portion, I had one final video chat with a senior research team member. The interview process was thorough and well thought out. I felt as though I was able to demonstrate my skills and convey my personality for team cohesion.
