I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (Londra, Inghilterra) in Mar 2023
Interview
Very smooth, 2 step process. 3 month probation. Whole process was extremely easy and governed well by the agency. No practical test or use cases etc which was quite refreshing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Shell in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview consisted of a situational round based on CAR approach. Even though the role was aimed for an IC role, the feedback on the interview was around team building which made the entire experience very confusing. The interviewer panel was not at all aware of the role and the experience required for such a role which made the experience even more disappointing. The questions were aimed at your previous experience and where one of the interviewers seemed to have issues with frequent job changes in the past. It's sad that the candidates have to waste so much time for such interview experiences, where the interviewers want to listen to standard answers, which in turn leave a disappointing experience as a whole.
