Interview
My interview consisted of personality and group skills questions. Many of the questions were focused around working with fellow employees. Question asked were centered around overcoming employee disputes or arguments. Shell seems to pride itself in employee satisfaction in the workplace. They seem to care about how well their employees cooperate and get along with each other. I was expecting the question to be focused more on my technical ability or my scholarly achievements but they weren't. If you are selected for an interview with Shell be prepared to explain how you would solve or work around workplace disputes, disagreements, or solve social issue in the workplace as a group leader. Also, be prepared to answer questions on personality or your on workplace attitude and values.
