Shell interview questions

This was for Chinese students who are willing to go back to China after this 3 year training in Calgary. The HR lady was nice, and the phone interview included some behavior questions & a special topic (diversity, environment, etc.). eg, what's your achievement? do you set milestone for yourself? ... ...

The interview started with back and forth email communications. Then a few weeks later I got a phone call to set up an interview. The first interview went fine and I was offered to go in for an interview with the managers. Talked about my skills and answered some behavioral questions. A week later I got a phone call from Shell telling me my skills doesn't meet their requirement for the position I wanted.
