Apply online or through your university, and if they are interested, Shell will call you in for an interview or do a phone interview. Both are the same really. The interview is very structured, question after question. You don't really get time to talk to the interviewer asides from answering questions.

On campus interview, then invitation to Shell Recruitment Day: 3 parts: case study, technical interview, group work. The case study was the most intensive, you get 1 hour to read lots of random information, then present it to your assessors. Group work and technical interview were not too bad, just pick projects for the technical interview that you remember well. Around 6 assessors rate you on a scale of 1-5, if you pass, you get an offer typically.

If an applicant does well in their first stage interview they will be invited to the final selection stage, this is usually via an assessment day, which, in Eurpose, is most likely to take place at an assessment centre either in London, Aberdeen, The Hague, Norway or Germany.
