Interview
Went to the career fair at Penn State, they were impressed with my resume, and invited me to a case competition later that night. Got an phone interview a couple weeks later. One hour long, I was interviewed by a boring man who just read off of a paper. Lots of behavioral questions. Name a time in which you have been challenged. It has to be recent, and they dont like repeats of the last behavioral situation. Then sub questions branched off that, who was involved, what part was the most challenging, why, etc.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Shell (Halifax, NS) in Oct 2013
Interview
Had to do an online test or 3, eventually got a call a few months later that couldn't be made out, sounded like the person was talking with marbles in there mouth. Got an interview at my old school. The interview was one of the strangest I ever had. You get 6 questions : and for each that you answer, you cannot use that story in the answer for ANY other answers. For instance, if you reference your student project for an example of team leadership, you cannot mention that school project ever again in the interview. I had many prepared answers involving different aspects of my senior project, my coops, but after 3 questions those were out of the picture, leaving me to fight with my memory, picking at things from high school jobs, initial first-year group brainstorming projects, and other things which were really, not that ideal.
