At first it comes one telephone interview with HR. After 2 weeks there was one structure interview called SRD (Shell recruit day). It lasted for more than 2.5 hours and included self introduction and 1 to 1 interviw offered by the line manager with questions about the working experience. After that it was one case study which offered an assumptive business case and wait for your analysis and decision and explain why you give the decision. Finally there was one group interview: HR on line and 2 bosses F2F together.

Two stages of assessment. 1st stage will be somewhat like personality test. A list of multiple choice answers and applicants are required to select the most accurate description. The second stage of online question will be a decision making test and Mathematical analysis. (timed assessment)
After passing the 2 assessment, applicants will be invited to a structured interview either phone or on site. Applicants will be required to describe previous academic/ work achievement, experiences etc. Most of the questions will be based on Capacity, Achievement and Relationship and only these qualities are assessed during the interview.
After passing the first interview, applicants will be invited to join the Shell Recruitment Day where applicants which typically last from 8am to 5pm. Applicants will be required to complete and present a case study then justify the decision made at the point of the time.
